We offer a wide selection of freshly baked goods, including Bundt Cakes, Layered Cakes, Single layer cakes, Cookies, and pies. Each item is made with the utmost care and attention to detail to ensure that you experience the best taste possible. On this page is a list of some of the cakes on offer; your options are not limited to these, and if you have other needs, I am more than happy to discuss them with you. A full-time job keeps me busy, so I can only bake in the evenings apart from weekends. At least 48 hours' notice is needed to ensure I have enough time for your project.

Bundt Cakes
We have a variety of Bundt pans to give your cake a dramatic effect. We have pans for full-size as well as mini Bundts.
Cabernet Sauvignon Chocolate Bundt
A cabernet sauvignon chocolate cake with a cabernet sauvignon blackberry glaze then drizzled with chocolate.

A carrot cake with a light butter cream cheese frosting. (Contains Nuts)

Rum Soaked Pound Cake
A pound cake in the shape of a Bundt, soaked in a rum syrup and then topped with a thicker rum syrup.

This is one of my favorite coffee cakes, pecans and cinnamon making it the perfect coffee accompaniment.

Not only is Irish Cream mixed into the cake but is also part of the glaze. Pecans add a nice nutty depth.

Layered Cakes
Layer cakes can take a little more time than other cakes as they will need cooling time as well as time to create the fillings and frostings. Please allow a little more time with your orders is ordering one of these.
London Fog Cake
A three-tiered chocolate cake enhanced with Earl Gray tea. Featuring an Early Gray infused buttercream, and drizzled in a caramel sauce.

Black Forest Gateau
Traditional German chocolate cake with a Kirsch-infused filling. Coated in a light frosting covered in flaked chocolate and cherries.

Lemon Strawberry Cake
This is a "Make it What You Want" cake. It has a lemon sponge cake with strawberry jam filling and a simple icing drizzle. You can swap out the fruit for your favorite flavor.

Chocolate Strawberry Cake
This is definitely one of those cakes that is readily adaptable from the fruit used to the flavor of the buttercream. In the pictured cake I used a white chocolate strawberry buttercream and used a homemade strawberry jam between the layers. Switch to raspberries or blackberries and change the buttercream to match the berries used. You could also fill the layers with the buttercream as well as the jam, your choice.

Lord Baltimore Cake
